The third Philippine Ecotourism 101 held on June 29 & 30, 2017 at Bayfront Hotel in Cebu City was a huge success with 191 delegates participating from 99 local government units, provincial government offices, DOT regional offices and the private sector. There were attendees coming from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Participants expressed their interest and appreciation of the information they have learned including the concepts, tools, methodologies and strategies which they can use to develop ecotourism destinations in their respective areas.
